'Paca Parties
  For Children!

We start with some alpaca petting and feeding to get the children used to their new alpaca friends!

Then they will team up with their alpaca buddies and off we all go for an alpaca walk in the orchard (Approx 30-40 minutes)

Afterwards there is time to meet the rest of the herd and any baby alpacas

(this depends on the time of year).

A party wouldn't be complete without some fun photos and we will be on hand to take photos throughout to share with parents at the end. 

Then we head to our covered Party Barn which will be decorated for the party lunch, where they will tuck in to a delicious alpaca party lunch box!

(Filled Roll, Healthy Snacks, Fruit, Alpaca Biscuit and a juice box)​​

Free Tea & Coffee for grown-ups. 

Option to bring own Birthday Cake and any extra drinks or snacks.

If booked in advance we may be able to arrange an alpaca cake for you!

Numbers and Pricing:​

Our maximum groups size is 12 children per party.

Price: Up to 8 children - £245

Extra children up to max of 12 total are £20 each.

Ages 5 – 9:

One or two children per alpaca, with one adult per alpaca walked.

Ages 10+

One or two children per alpaca

Adult ratio – One adult to a maximum of three children.

We usually start the 'Paca Parties at 10.30am to coincide with lunch time!

​

We suggest a pick-up time of 12.30pm-ish. 

​

We reserve the right to decide on the day how many alpacas we take for the walk as all groups are different. We have eight alpacas that can be walked, however depending on the ages of the children and number of adults present we may take out less alpacas and share leads if we think that will make for a more manageable and enjoyable walk!

 

Adults are free of charge and we will need the ratio of adults to children as above, depending on the ages of the children in the party.

We run Paca Parties all year round!

We can provide options to suit all dietary requirements, however there may be a small surcharge for this. 

We take payment up front to book in the party. You can choose to book for the minimum of eight and add on more children later if required, as long as we have at least a weeks notice of the additional numbers.
