Little Orchard Alpacas is a family run, alpaca farm near Axminster in East Devon. We love to share the joy of these magical animals with you and to create beautiful, bespoke products from their luxurious fibre.

More About Little Orchard Alpacas

This is us, Vic and Rich. We started Little Orchard Alpacas in 2016 with five alpacas: Nutmeg, Bryony, Cloud, Jorvik and Monty. We now keep a herd size of up to 25, just outside of Axminster in East Devon. We are always happy to chat!

We produce beautiful alpaca yarns and handmade alpaca knitwear and products which we have for sale in our on-site shop and online shop.

From March 2026 our shop will be open on Mondays 9am - 3pm and by appointment the rest of the week.

We have a number of specially trained and friendly boys who are very comfortable visiting Residential Care Homes, Universities, Schools and many other locations. Please get in touch to arrange a visit from our lovely alpacas.
